Neat little side story here, J.M. recently spent a ton of time helping me communicate with a French customer that didn't speak English, since I can't speak or understand French barely at all. It was much appreciated it and made the whole situation go very smoothly! And he always lets me abbreviate his name to J.M., so thanks for that too.
