Cheap fuzz for synth/guitar

Post by JTurbide »

Hey I'm thinking about getting a fuzz, I recently sold all my pedals to buy a synth. I'm using VSTs for reverb/delay/phaser etc but can't find good fuzz vst.. and it's way more fun with hardware anyway ;)

I'm looking for a cheap fuzz that would sound great on both guitar and synth. So far I'm thinking either a Big Muff or a Mtl Assembly Your & You're .. what would you get ?
Any other options ?

It's time for the Percolator. Shit does amazing things to synths. Pretty sure there was one in the marketplace not too long ago.

+1 for the HP suggestion. Also: FZ-2.

Well $115 CAD all included (shipping is free) is kinda cheap I think. It is what you would pay for a brand new RAT

Edit : If you meant like, Montréal is far. I live in Montreal :p

The Boss ODB-3. For guitar is very amp dependent in my experience however, sounds very harsh with clean ass amps.
