YO YO! This is important. For anyone with Shudder, THE KINGDOM is up. Absolutely essential viewing and one of my all time favorite TV-Shows. If you're looking for something weird and completely off the cuff, I can't recommend it enough.

Little Brother wants to meet you!

This is probably my third time through the season, and I think it's safe to say that The Ricklantis Mixup is possibly the best episode of Rick and Morty S3.

We finished Stranger Things Season 2. I think it was just as good as the first season.

Also, my wife has me watching Inuyasha...

I don't love it, as most seem to, but I do enjoy it.

I ended up getting bored/annoyed pretty quickly in season 2. Was worth watching for this though:

Someone probably already threw it down, but "Lore" on Amazon Prime, super dope. It's pretty fun.

That's perfect!

I like Stranger Things. Somebody on imdb called it "Stephen Spielberg meets Stephen King" and considering how cheesy both men's movies can often be (not necessarily in a bad way), I think that's pretty fitting. As for 80's nostalgia, well, I can understand the burnout. However, when late 90's nostalgia becomes all the rage (imagine having to go through the Limp Bizkit, Slipknot, and Jnco era all over again  ), I'm pretty sure that I'm personally going to be feeling nostalgic for 80's nostalgia.

I watched the first two episodes of Stranger Things back when it came out and was just aggravated by every character.
The only character I liked got killed in the first episode.

It's still the easiest way to explain folding space to idiots. :poke:
As much as science-y tv/film might want to be smarter, it still needs to be marketable. Explaining something in a way that someone with an IQ of 130 will understand doesn't help you get/keep viewers with an IQ of 100.

Fine. As someone who owned a few pairs of Jnco's in high school, I'll concede that there's a time and place for (almost) everything. As long as you aren't defending Kikwear and the waving around of glowsticks, we're cool.

I'm personally tired of some imagined alternate reality being described as "another dimension". Spatial dimensions don't work like that.

However, I actually like ST for the predictable story (despite the above statement) and the characters remind me of The Goonies, but to each their own. As Wanda in S2 E8 of Bojack Horseman said, "I love stupid shit like this!"
