Finally got my replacement Channel in and everything works!
It still took a little bit of effort to get everything to fit, even with their replacement bolts, but it's together now and I am actually really enjoying it. Channel is definitely pretty key to the entire instrument.
What kind of tunings are people using for Channel?
Mine is currently held up in customs. Not looking forward to the 25% import tax plus customs fees. If the unit is broken in any way, I'll be very much out of luck as customs don't really believe in things shipped as "repaired unit" or "replacement unit". I've also got to hunt down a PSU. All crossable body parts crossed!

Dude that would fucking suck balls! Hopefully they shipped it right! My new panel arrive really well packaged. So, I think they learned from their mistakes there. That little bit higher cost in shipping is cheaper than taking all those returns. Especially with international folks. Let us know how it turns out!!

Those of you getting shipping notices: what's your number? I was wondering how far along they are so that I could figure out when mine would be shipped. (I'm in the 270s)
Wait, is their improved shipping just adding packing peanuts? I guess it's a slight improvement as things won't move as much, but I still think they need to be individually boxing each panel
damn man, sorry to hear that. Yeah... that's not really a packing fix. Individually boxed board or much more bubble wrap around each is where they should have went.
I had 3 caps missing from my Channel module so we're tied!
