I think the Vapor Trail even has an FX-loop.
No delay should come without one....

If price is no issue, the Tonal Recall is probably the best you're going to find in this size.

The Radical Delay is also awesome but not top mounted.

Yeah, cut it down by ~$75 and I bet they'd sell so fast they couldn't build enough to handle it.
When you consider that they're selling 1/3 of the Ghost Delay for only $120 less (the Ghost delay is $320 new), it makes the price that much more absurd.

200 bucks really isn't that much for a pedal anymore sadly.

Also, the Ghost delay was one of the worst delays I've ever owned. It just did not sound right no matter what I did. I think it need better controls.
