For real, though. There are some great tracks in those early records, but they’re not standouts compared to the dozens of other bands that sound similar. They didn’t grow into their legend until Red Medicine.

You know what fuck it. I’ll double down and say that if you remove Instrument, you can just rate their albums’ greatness in reverse chronological order. 13 Songs is boring and baka.

In On the Kill Taker is their greatest and then you can probably go in reverse order. Kill Taker is top though.
