Meris - Polymoon
So I had a few days to mess around with the Polymoon. I used it more as a synth/ambient pad pedal more than a delay, haha. Just like the other Meris pedals, there’s TONS of options and parameters to play with. I ran a guitar, bass, Minilogue synth and a Volca Sample through it al they all sounded good (has instrument and line level input). I need to program some presets because there is some REALLY nice “normal” delay sounds in there. Dial the filter back a little bit, set the ALT Multiply and ALT Time to about 9 o’clock… That’s the good stuff. It also sounds awesome in stereo. I hard panned the left and right for the video. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed the video and let me know what you think. Do you have one? Do you love it? Do you hate it? Do you want one? What would make it better? I have questions…

Are there any block diagrams of the algorithms? I'm still not really sure what this pedal does.

It's a little bit like that.

It does sometimes feel like "whoah what's going on". But it's a stereo flanger into a delay network into a stereo phaser. Delay network has anywhere from 1-6 taps, with diffusion from clear to very smeary. It exceeds as textural filler, anywhere from delay to wash to quasi-reverb.

Yea I watched OP's video last night and I found it really easy to understand how the pedal works and as you say its not that complicated. The only thing I didn't really get was how the pitch modulation worksritz wrote:It does sometimes feel like "whoah what's going on". Thanks man! The Volca Sample is so fun to play with... and it's cheap! I've really "Taken" to it... see what I did there? ok, I'll see myself out now.Pladask wrote:Nice demo man! Love to see you noodling around with the drum machine
