I ordered direct, shipping was within a week and more than reasonable.

Yeah, I got that pedal from guitar pedal shoppe... After I shared my experiences with the pedal, ALLisNOISE chimed in, saying he had bought it from them before me, and had experienced the same issues. I was able to return the pedal to the store, and they reached out to Jumpei of Bananana, who shipped me a replacement Mandala (which works great) from Japan. So, I'm glad they were able to resolve my issue, and didn't fight me on it. From what I understand, they had given ALLisNOISE a hard time about it, and I figured after they saw a second customer complaining of the same issues, they'd wise up that the pedal was in fact not working properly.

But now it seems they've sold the same defective pedal for the 3rd time in a row (that we know of).

4th time's a charm?

The one I bought from them does the same thing. But I rehoused it before I learned that so I'm just stuck with a busted Mandala.
