When I first got here,I posted a (meant to be)silly thread asking if this guy was actually this guy: and wondered why everyone thought so. He does make cool stuff,just too expensive,IMO. As far as him being a douche or not goes,I don't know. I have talked to him on the phone and he seemed a'ight. But that could've been because I was all"oh boy,fuzz factory!" I still find the idea of that thing boring. I would rather have a bunch of fuzzes that all get different sounds, have them on say a board, and then like be able to turn them on and off with my feet like while playing to like get different sounds....... just a thought.....

Got no personal beef with ZV, but from what I have seen, he has a poor attitude about things to say the least. As for the pedals, he makes some cool stuff, highly overpriced, but cool. The SHO, Mammoth, and Lofi LJ are the only ones I really care about...though would never pay the asking price. His whole I'm a mad scientist crazy builder technique...nah, I'm convinced every pedal he's made has been a lucky guess
