I'm using a Mid-Fi Magick "I" at the end of my chain.

I'd just get a second klone and run it at the end as a clean boost.

The Timmy is also a fantastic transparent OD but if you already know you like Centaur clones, it can't hurt to have another.

I'm not looking for clean boost though I'm looking for a bump in gain which is why I'm weary about putting it after my delay

Skychord truckloud overdrive...saw one on ebay or the reverb other day....light and dark switch...can boost like no other, and fully cranked gets heavy/dirty...I use mine at end of chain to boost, control, and crunch. I have two fuzz and a gristleizer going into it, so it can take a lot without dampening distort into vol drop...it really brings out artifacts you had no clue your other pedals/devices where making.

RMA Tetanus Booster does unclean, though the current revision supports much cleaner than the last when gain knob is all the way down.

I like the RC Booster a lot for this (def props to the aforementioned EP as well), have one at the end of the gain portion of my board. It'll just raise the volume if you want, or you can dial in some extra gain (either way sounds lovely), plus the extra little bit of EQ it offers is handy. It doesn't affect the pedals after it much, but of course you could put it at the very end if you wanted to avoid any unwanted clipping of inputs. FWIW I also play through a Matchless.

I have about 6 boosts. My favorite is the Amz boost and the Klone. They both have a fairly transparent sound but still can boost gain. I also really like the majik boost. That one has a ton of boost, and it sounds great.

I run a Klone full time, I love it. Downside is it’s too big to get a second one and everyone has been saying to run gain boost after modulation but before delay and clean boost at the end of the chain

YES. Truckloud rules. Tons of clean volume and general heaviness...sounds best with some gain. I use mine near the beginning because it seems to make everything after it sound better.

I’m waiting for abominable to release the hate stomper V2 because it’s a clean boost switch and a gain boost switch in 1 enclosure. If that isn’t the case and it sucks I may do the Recoveyr Effects Electric for gain boost and the Fairfield Circuitry Barbershop v2 for clean boost
