A statement wrongly implying someone else's extremist political views are what started this whole mess in the first place. While rude and out of line, the moderators allowed it. Which is a fine position to take; honestly I am not in favor of banning or torching any threads or users over this.
However I do see a double standard asking someone to edit their content for doing basically what the mods decided was fine in the first place, and has occurred numerous times since.
This is your forum, rule as you see fit. Your users generally support your actions, maybe make note that fewer than usual currently are, and consider why for future decisions.

Oh I don't think it's fine at all and warnings will be given but neither side has the moral high ground at the moment.DRodriguez wrote:A statement wrongly implying someone else's extremist political views are what started this whole mess in the first place. This is why I asked for the message to be reconsidered, I don't want to censor and nor can I take sides but I can peacefully ask for someone to consider their actions and what assumptions they've made.
Keeping an eye on everything happening and moderating fairly is currently near impossible, when things cool down is when action will be taken which all sides should consider in their actions.
Trust me, I know what I'm doing.

Good to know where the administration of this site stands on the topic I guess. If you don't detect the venom in my post, believe me, it's there.

To me, it looks like someone posting inflammatory things to get people all riled up and then getting butt hurt when he gets called out on it. I guess you guys see it differently.

Especially when it's in response to incendiary and antagonistic comments.
That's like saying the majority of the American public is bullying Trump because of his tweets and the shit he says.
And, yeah, I'm not happy with this new implication that you're protecting him after he started yet another shitfest in the forum and lashed out in response. The Velvet Hammer wrote: You may love Louise Belcher but not everything has to crash and burn, please edit the post and don't have me do it.
I don't know how you want me to edit my post beyond censoring it completely, so please do as you see fit.
I don't usually react this way, and that should be quite telling, but it's gotten to the point that I'm really sick of Manny coming in and taking a dump in the middle of the room.
Here's some of the noted trolling and antagonizing, by the way:NSFW: show
Lol! All this from a guy who lied about a company refusing to do business with me and then when I emailed said company they told me they had no idea who Mosfed is and that he is full of shit. Anyhow, wow, long list. I guess your time isn't that precious to you that you would spend it dredging all this up, selectively and out of context I might add. I don't see the vastly more in number posts where I am commenting on a pedal or helping someone out with an opinion on a pedal. Funny though. It's like a partial collection of my greatest hits. Love it! Thanks Mosfed!!
