Man, now that dinners over this angel took over the local grocery store bakery for a week and made a cake I shit you not, out of ducking fudge with a peice of white chocolate cake which tasted like cheesecake lodged inside of the fudge which was layered in two different types of chocolate frosting...now it's back to having wip cream and no frills...bummed.

Making ridiculous amounts of hummus today. Anyone got a favourite variant?
This far I like the basic chickpeas (duh)+garlic+cumin+olive+oil thing.
I do two variats where I also add either peanutbutter or sundried tomatoes. All three are real nice.

Also, keep the water you boiled the chickpeas in and use add some to the hummus. It will make it creamier/easier to blend and give more flavour.
