Most things in a given category sound basically the same which is why the minor differences, which account for like 5% of its total sound, lose their value in "real world" contexts (recordings, playing with an ensemble). For more reading on this subject that will get you sexually laid, check up on Freud's narcissism of small differences vis a vis capitalism and consumerism.
It can be fun to learn about and examine the tiny differences, so follow your bliss if that's what you're into. But if you'd rather spend your time and energy elsewhere, it's a helpful realization to come to.

The louder you turn up the more nuance is lost. Everything smears together.
It's part of the reason why many live shows are so loud; they're more forgiving of mistakes.
Something to experiment with, in this power trio of yours [OP] is how hard & fast your drummer plays.
It sounds like there isn't much space to operate and breathe [sight unseen/unheard anyway].
How much of your bottom end is stepping on the bassist? How much of the bassist's top end is overwhelming your guitar?
Tubescreamers are so popular because of their bottom end rolloff+mid hump. It makes sure you're heard and articulate at higher SPL. There are ways to sound loud, massive even without cranking everything to the extreme...and with fuzz you've gotta get creative. Or you could take a gear cue from Jimi and have a cranked double stack of Superleads to bludgeon stubborn "samey sounding distortion" from a fuzzface which is esp prone to farting out and/or getting lost live unless you're playing without a drummer or feeding a dimed SL.

^^^ a lot (not all) of flubby/muddy sounding fuzzes sound better when compressed (a little or a lot), which is where the "pedal into a COOKIN' TOOB AMP" philosophy comes from, clichéd as it may be. Your superclean SS amp probably needs something like an amp-style dirt last in the chain just to even things out.

Neon, I know a guy that makes 75 dollar Depth Charge clones if you want his info. Someone here recommended him and that pedal is fucking amazing dude. Worra tried it on guitar and loved it. Ask him about it.

Adding a piezo tweeter array cabinet will help you cut through, it might sound like shit - but that's really where louder comes in.
Tons to choose from in the less than $30 bracket.

I'm not sure yet how much of my post here is sincere and how much is just shitposting. One of those days I guess.- Jwar

I think there are as many solutions in this thread as there are contributors. Uh oh.
The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents.
