Mine arrived today, I've been playing it for over an hour. It is worth every penny, this pedal is freaking awesome!

GOt mine two days ago and I love it. Very funky little pedal. I went on a fuzzhugger kick recently. Bought a Great Wall from user Benjuro here and a brand new Doom Bloom, which kicks major, major ass on bass. These pedals by Fuzzhugger do some serious shine in a mix. On their own though they sound, like most fuzzes of this type, kind of nerdy and honky. But for some reason in a mix they have serious authority. Two other fuzzes that acted like this for me were a Devi Ruiner and a brilliant BIg Game FY-2.

Wow, so late to my party, and so happy I got in on this. I've loved my Velcroar long time, and this is a fantastic expansion. The gated sounds are so easy to dial in and so playable, and the explosive ungated tone is hella inspiring. Thanks Tom!

ILF 17 Velcrobot #9 arrived earlier today. Many thanks (again) to Fuzz Master Dalton for the fabulous deal.

Numerous gated, arpeggiating, and oscillating textures are possible with only 4 knobs and a toggle switch. It took some time to determine optimal signal chain placement, which is closer to the beginning. The input jack is pretty tight, but I'm guessing it will wear in with time.

The Velcrobot seems to receive DOD-250-style overdrives, Fuzz Faces, WMD Geiger Counter, and analog octavers well. Additional gain cascading experiments are still pending. I also enjoyed how it interacted with an analog envelope filter.

Once I finally replace my non-isolated power supply and a number of dying cables, I will be able to enjoy the Velcrobot even more.
