Could be an ohm issue. Are the amp and cabs giving/receiving what they want?

What's the efficiency on the speaker cab(s)?

How hard are you driving the amps?

If they expect a +4 (or more) signal and you're feeding them -10/instrument this would be the first step to change.

The 2 speakers are rated at 8 ohms, 600 watts. And it seems like the power amps respectively run 325 watts per channel (Carvin) and 300 watts per channel (QSC) at 8 ohms.
