Please help me with with a (probably hopeless) guitar hunt!

So I was looking at video of Karasu wa Masshiro and stumbled upon this live video. The is not well recorded/played --but I could not take my eyes of the lead singer's guitar, it's such a weirdly spec'd instrument I feel like I have to make it my mission to find it. So here I am seeing if I can recruit some help. :lol:

Wasn't familiar with that model, but the shape of the headstock was a dead giveaway.
