.....okay....i would record on multiple micro cassettes, then record the three live recordings onto regular cassette as a master,
then run that into a roland sampler...then into a vinyl to cd-r recorder then burn cd-rs on laptop for distribution.
what you see/hear up there^ is on two of my cd-rs /cassettes albums just.......
....I made youtube video's of all the albums and pieces of random tracks with windows movie maker, 5 or 6 years ago... to get the noise out to people and have had some nice feedback/emails all because of it and what Ron Lessard of RRR did by helping hand out the tapes.

hear the quality of raw recording nora,

I just ordered a bunch of tapes from No Rent Records.

For some reason, they only sell cassettes on their direct site, not on bandcamp. :idk:

I had everything they put out for while. Actually got an E-mail from them this week about this plastic head I ordered a year ago. Huge Jason Crumar fan and they put out the most recent FFH (unless he released another).

Check out Kitty Play if you haven't. They did some Chris Goudreau (SICKNESS) modular tapes and sometimes release BASTARD NOISE and AMPS FOR CHRIST.

I've stopped following what some labels put out but STRANGE RULES was my absolute favorite for Power Electronics.

NRR37: SARAH HENNIES "EVERYTHING ELSE" C40
NRR51: Gunther Valentine - "Music for the Anthropocene"
NRR49: Christian Mirande - "Museum Piece" C20 :!!!:

SAMANTHA GLASS "INTRODUCING THE CONFESSION" C28

Loving everything so far. Nora, the Corum recommendation was bang on the money! ACE.
Recently I have bought:

https://plazach.bandcamp.com/album/kosmos - lots of clangs and scrapes coupled with ciat lonbarde tetrax

https://fractalmeat.bandcamp.com/album/monochrome - 'All songs made with the Mechanical Tehcno machine', with the quality of the Ewa Justka release that sentence was enough to make me buy this immediately. Still waiting to receive

https://gohantapes.bandcamp.com/album/on-endless-beach - the latest Hainbach release pre-order

I also bought the two Beak> albums on cassette as I found them in the Invada online shop.

Glad you enjoyed Corum. I figured you might like that. :thumb:

Found another one you might like, but not on cassette, so I hope you're not mad at the derailing.

I recently got a 4 cd collection from Tuluum Shimmering. Disc 1 is all field recordings from Morocco in the 1950s. Discs 2-4 uses elements of the field recordings as the basis of their songs. Basically really long hypnotic loops up to an hour long.

Here is disc 4:

Interesting stuff for sure. Perhaps a touch too raw for my tastes.

Just got Cherubian by Ant'lrd, it's a beaut. Ambient, drone, glitch-y stuff. Also the tape and packaging is one of the most attractive I've received so far!
https://mossarchive.bandcamp.com/album/cherubian

I also picked up another acid cassette last week 'Ron 1' by Timeron. The cassette is a straight mix of all tracks compared to the digital, nice!

Literal perfect timing for me to see this.

Two weeks ago I was talking to my cousin about cassettes as his lady is way into em. And I actually had been thinking about buying a cassette player to record my daughter over these early years and give em to her when she's older...
Ruiner posts about new Jogging House release and he has tapes....so I order one and then order a cassette player off amazon.
I've been trying to find a good way to search Bandcamp for folks who release cassettes because I want to start collecting some.

So fuck ya. Thank you!! Will start going through these tomorrow.
