Seems like an unfair assertion to expect the same level of performance from a band at the start of their career, while they were in their 20's to a band that's well over a decade in, in their 30's, that's reunited after a lengthy hiatus and have become dads in the meantime.

Pedals are stressing me the Fuck out lately I've been obsessing over what reverb to get, nothing seems like it'll do what I want except the big sky or empress and Fuck paying that much
Also tried to do a dirt shootout but ended up deciding I can't sell anything yet because I'm too attached to everything
Wanna take a break from this stuff and sell down the line but I need some things for certain sounds in my band and need a reverb to replace my rm1n which I dnt working in the band context

Seconded. I dunno if you're going for the currently popular modulated ocean waves hipsterverb or more of a natural effect, but digital racks have just about every possible verb sound and there are some awesome real spring rack reverbs out there on the second hand market.
