There was nothing sexy about it.

I felt violated, parametrically-EQ'd in ways I didn't want or need.

What everyone else said. I wouldn't say I disliked it, but it would definitely work better on a tabletop for noise than on a pedalboard for "weird" #ambienttoanz. For me, the Possessed was simply better (for my needs).

so thought id try my damnest to show my glitch board and why you should get a possessed over all of the glitch pedals.....in video first everything is on....when revolvers are off, the particle is running the show....once particles off...i start to try to find a musical side to it which takes a bit...but towards the end 2:00 i find it after the judder and gristle is off...anyways the possessed sounds best out of all of them a real natural glitch.

I really wanted to like the csidman, but had the same issues as everyone else. I found that putting it before a soft overdrive helped even things out a bit, but still... that wasn't enough.

Also, I would like to point out that I am so happy that the world has evolved to the point where this:

I have one. Yeah, to what everyone else is saying... It's kind of fun to mess with and it has good sounding delays, but it gets way too fucking loud, and you really have to be careful with the knob turning. Also, I have a hard time getting "glitchy "sounds out of it, honestly... So as a supposed "glitch" pedal, it doesn't really cut it. Basically, it's a digital delay that can be used as a standard delay, but can also get loud-as-fuck oscillating noisy textures. It would be a good choice if you're in a loud experimental noise rock type band, and are looking for a delay (not a glitch) pedal.

I have a Charlie Foxtrot and Bananana Mandala too, and both those pedals are way better.

I can definitely see where a lot of these complaints are coming from. If you put this in your effects loop that oscillation will certainly be an unpleasant surprise. I found the best place for mine is before any dirt pedals and used in a way that you aren't counting on the delay to be rhythmic. So basically quick repeats that occasionally freak out and have some dirt following them to compress the oscillation and keep it somewhat under control. I still like mine a lot, but the guy who wants to play U2 songs that are glitchy in all the right ways while keeping his pedal chain in the "correct" order is going to be seriously disappointed.

It's an OK delay, that's the only good thing I can say about mine.
A rather big disappointment overall.
