ILF doesn't provide secure connection. So for YouTube URLs take off the 's' from 'https' and you're good to go.

When you put it on random around the one minute mark, it sounds like the pitch is random but the stutter pattern and where/when it occurs doesn't change. Is that how it is supposed to happen?

The stutter happens based on the pick attack, so yeah, it's supposed to be that way.
