My opinion: you can be dissatisfied with the service, but if you're going to have a sweeping opinion about a company over a minute amount of money concerning an issue which doesn't even qualify as anything more than a mix up

Pissed off about the company sending your pedal to the wrong location? Okay, I can get that. But maybe you should call them before public condemning them.
Pissed off because the tracking was late and was incorrect? Yeah, you might have some deeper problems.

Inaccurate tracking is worse than no tracking at all. (UPS has this problem, sometimes).
