Mescaline is a synth design by Folktek which merges art, design and synthesis into a tool which encourages exploration and experimentation in sound. A synthesizer system with a different approach which works standalone or within the eurorack modular system. (more on the indiegogo page)
Damnnnn. For me, being the stereotypical person considering getting into synth mostly for drone and odd sequenced pad stuff to pair with guitar, this might be awesome.

Fuuuuuuuuuudge, I loathe crowdfunding but that's a good price on the pre-order... I'm gonna have to see what I can do here, Folktek's euro modules were staples of my system...
Yeah a flip will be super easy at that price but man... i think it sounds awesome and for how much it can do at the price of (an expensive) pedal..... hell yeah. Totally in. I can't wait to sync it up with the Triad.
It's not the easiest thing to wrap your head around from anything Folktek does but the cool thing is his stuff is all about experimentation. It almost makes things happen on it's own and much of what you will do will be unexpected results but awesome results none the less. His stuff is very inspiring in that way.... it's for the person who loves to just mess around with something and experiment and see what happens, not for someone who wants to recreate things twice... BUT with removeable breadboards you can actually SAVE patches by taking that breadboard off and leaving your patches on it and moving on to a fresh breadboard. That's pretty cool too.

It's both and that rules!

I'll need to flip a little so not sure I'll get the $399, but even at $449 that's still a steal.
Retail is going to be $699. You won't have a problem making money on a flip...
Honestly I expect to go through an emotional journey with this. I'm anticipating being enamored by it, then frustrated and want to flip it, then finally actually learning the ins and outs of it and just using it as an instrument.

So....
in a way that's like the poor man's version of your Triad, Ruiner?
that's beyond awesome....:
I'm a poor man! But/And possibly own enough sellable stuff to finance this...
