Surely you can't refute the evidence I've now laid forth that, in fact, a lot of pedals here on ILF except for within the same companies have very different aesthetics and feel to them.

If you'll drop this silly argument, that you've clearly been proven to be wrong about, maybe we could discuss whether the shape knob moves through the various waveforms continously or not?

Uhhhhhhh the most I've done is 495. Not super heavy by normal standards. I never do over 315 these days. I leg press 1k for many reps though on the regs. I find it to be more productive for hips strength and mass building of the quads.

If it's messing up your back, you're most likely getting it to curve at the bottom of the motion. That means you are going further than your range of motion allows naturally, which definitely is not beneficially with weight like that.

I stopped squatting so much because it hurt my low back (compressed it) and would always pop rib heads. It's only recently I've been doing it again. That's after not getting under a bar for almost a year.

Either way I've never had pain from doing leg press, but I can't get the form right doing straight legged deadlifts and oh boy does that fuck up your back.
