Anyone with a Monologue here?

Post by tremolo3 »

The Korg one ;)

Just want to make sure I can create sequences with a different length than 16.
⸮⸮⸮ because who plays in 4/4 these days anyways ⸮⸮⸮

From the manual:
Edit Mode > Sequence Edit > Step Length

But I want proofs =[ None of the stores around have that shit yet and I will have to order it before even trying it.

So a short clip showing this would be awesome. I can give mexican love in return =)

You can on the Minilogue, assuming it's the same on the Mono.

d'awwwww shut it you. cutie.

jia. it's a 16 step sequencer, but you can set step length for faster/slower subdivisions of the tempo, and you can have the loop point start anywhere in them there steps.

IT. SOUNDS. AMAZEBALLS.

just a fun as butts synth.

You AXE for the soundclips you GETS the soundclips.

https://soundcloud.com/trainee-spears/m ... steplength

Starts off in the default (16 steps, 1/16th note resolution). Then I drop it to 14 steps to get a bit 7/8-y, then down to 6 steps and 3 steps.

Then I faff about with the filter a bit because I'm a slut for it.

Then I drop the resolution down to quarter-notes to make it go sllloooooowwwww.

Then I put it back up to 16th notes but with SCHWING.

Then I fuck about with the filter again.

Drums are Volca Beats.

Oh thank you sir! <3

Went to a GC and they had one this time, unplugged in a dark corner, so I took it and spent like an hour messing around with the sequencer, I'm getting that shit soon!

You're quite welcome. And you won't regret it. Even a a couple of hundred dollars more, it'd still be killer. At this price it's a no brainer.
