Yeah, to bastardize Kerouac something are beautiful because they end.
But that being said I still bought tickets to see them live.

:picard:
I hope it's not a total shit show.

Someone please send this to Billy every day until all his pent-up rage erupts, his head turns to actual chrome and he engages his final form: Ultimo-Corgon, where he finally starts to hate fuck every skyscraper in Japan demanding an explanation, weeping tears of mercury down on the innocent bystanders below while proclaiming to be the greatest musician of all time, including the future.

cedric doesn't sound anything like the atdi records anymore and jim ward isn't playing with them, but it should still be rad if not only for nostalgic reasons. saw them when they first started doing the reunion shows, recent to omars mom passing, and I kind of wish they just cancelled so he could cope. he was not into it all (understandably) and with cedrics futile attempts at screaming, it was really dissapointing.
i'm glad i can call you a friend. even if i'll never see you again

The new single Cedric is closer than those initial reunion shows where he was singing like he would in TMV. But still not old Cedric. That first reunion tour was awful. No one really looked psyched to be there. As for Jim, I saw Cedric post about how sometimes Jim chooses not to be in the band but according to friends Jim didn't even know they were planning a second tour.

I've had several chances to meet them but I figured I might regret it if I did.
