Nice to see kalimbas gettin' some love here. Also,when properly used,the human voice. Case in point_the choral music of the middle ages and Renaissance,Motown and Philedelphia soul,and the deep funk of the Memphis-based Staxx Records(specifically Otis Redding). Theremin's another one.

Otis really could sing, man, couldn't he? The live footage of him that they show at the Stax museum makes my hair stand on end. So powerful.
