I'm beginning to think that place really is a handful of mega church youth pastors and then squads of trollers from other ***haunting**cough*mids** forums winding them up to a frenzy over the dumbest things...I'm pretty sure the OP on the strap/tone thread was trolling, but they always go for itGunner Recall wrote:Not bad, but may I present: http://www.thegearpage.net/board/showthread.php?t=517642

This is why I'm glad ILF exists. We're more interested in the effects themselves than how they smell or what enclosure they're in.
though the tone is always in the enclosure. REMEMBER THAT.

Do you like listening to homemade music? Me too. Why don't you try one of mine?

Re: I think I've found the TGPest thread ever
haha those were pretty funny!
exactly. i love ilf. a lot of musicians i personally know are "tgp type people." and unfortunately, they're mostly from musicians from big churches...
haha i don't wanna stereotype em, but the stereotypes are sooo mostly true.
anyway, i play in my church too, and every time they see my board, it's almost too funny
because they never see anything they're familiar with. yay "tgp-type people"
if i didn't make sense, i'm sorry, my brains kinda mushy after taking a particle physics test

who the fuck smells their pedals
seriously.
i couldn't get past the first page of the strap thread. on the off chance that it's not a joke, i think my soul will implode.
and i play in my church praise band too, but my fuzz is never neglected.

That's what I think is so funny too... those guys must think players who put their pedals on the floor and step on them are crazy!
TGP is great though, hey, figurative cork sniffers, literal pedal sniffers.
