Sunn 4x12 were usually 8 ohms. easy to check stick a cord in it, check the resistance between the tip and sleeve. if it reads 6.xx ohms it is an 8 ohm cab, 2.xx or 3 ohms it's a 4 ohmer and 12 or 13 is a 16 ohm cab.
Note resistance will read lower than the impedance rating.

Knob and battery cover? You can't. They used to sell them at Small bear but not any more.
Best bet it to trawl ebay for small stones, steal the knobs, and then sell it again minus the knob…
