Mine was a Johnson EAD-2 Delay:



People complain that it's poorly built and sounds muddy, but I loved the crap out of this when I got it, which was before I ever even owned a "real" guitar... I think I used it with a mic and a pair of headphones more than anything.

I fucked it up trying to modify it and never got around to fixing it, but I've still got it.

This pedal was the beginning of a very fucking unhealthy relationship with effects pedals...

My first pedal was a Morley wah with a built in distortion that sounded like a can of really apathetic bees. second pedal was an Ibanez SM9 that I still regret selling.

Never used rack gear.
First non dirt pedals were a BF2 flanger and a OC2 octaver got at the same time about a million years ago. They're long gone.
Then a DSD2 sampler/digi delay, which I still have.

This reminds me, I used to run some rack gear that I really loved at the time. ADA Mp1 preamp, Rocktron Hush II, Digitech TSR12... it was a sweet rig. Lots of blinky lights.
