Just curious as to what some of your guy's first fuzzes were. My very first one was a Boss Fz-2 I scored off ebay for real cheap, I was obsessed with Electric Wizard back then (still am). I still have it, although I don't use it as often, the 2nd mode does a nice thick-bassy superfuzz sort of sound, and the clean boost kicks a lot of ass, never really found any use for mode 1.

So...What was your first fuzz? Or what were your first couple of fuzzes?

NYC Big Muff. I dug it, but too much of a mid scoop for bass use.

Mine was an older muff(not sure what year exactly)that had the tone bypass switch,traded for a turbo rat( ),then I got the green box Russian muff,a Dano French Toast( ),Dallas Arbiter Fuzzface,NYC Muff,Foxx Tone machine,Fuzz Factory,Voodoo lab Super fuzz,Guyatone TZ-whatever,then a Devi disaster fuzz that led me to ruin
