Guess a little controversy is being stirred up by the original creator with Ghost Effects over the name of their Pep Box clone.
As long as WEM/Charlie Watkins don't have a problem, I don't see the issue.

Can't speak to the UK legal system but over here trademarks aren't worth shit if you don't defend them. Usually it's an email, rather than a facebook post, though.

Then again, I'm not totally sure.
In any case, Ian's reply was basically "okay, if you're pissed about it, email me or have your lawyer email me and we can talk about it."
