Hey guys, 8 know this is an old thread. I'm not reinventing the wheel here, and that dude is the one who inspired me to do this. And though I love/offer stain, I offer tolex too. I'm in a band and I prefer tolex for my traveling setup because it's more durable. Also, I have only been an official business about a year, 8 have been working with wood a long time, as my father did, and his father did. I build a lot of studio stuff, like sound diffusers and absorption panels, to console desks. My main thing is this, buy local if you don't have the means to build your own stuff. Or as close to local as you can. We all talk, and most of us aren't in competition, because in this day and age, there is enough business for us all.
