Not an actual problem, but I'm curious to hear what other people have to say, or random bullshit:
What can you say when checking mic levels after you've already said "check, 1, 2" a bunch of times, without making yourself sound like a ding-dong?

Might as well make it interesting / educational if you have no choice but to blab for 30 seconds :thumb:

I usually "Chet Douglas" then I'll play a few cowboy chords and sing a song about being Chet Douglas, a fictional cross-country mountain bike racer-turned-county icon.
