Dude, that sounds great! I wish I had known this was in the works... I'd have not spent all of my money on other things. Definitely let us (ME!) know when/if you're gonna sell the proto and I'll buy it.

I like the idea of a raffle, I think it would give Eric a fair amount of money for it and eliminate some of the people who aren't active in the ilf community.

I don't see why this wouldn't be a cool idea.

maybe just sell it to mudfuzz >.>
Although I really can't argue with this
Or a set time could be given and we could all pm in what our max bids would be if this were e-bay and who ever is the highest wins, without and competition or ruffling
Raffle, but only to people who are existing Mellowtone pedal owners. Maybe just take a picture of a piece of paper with your username on it next to one of your Mellowtone pedals. Or not, but a raffle nonetheless, would be cool.
I definitely am not ebaying the proto... I am really over ebay from a sellers standpoint. plus i dont want to see one person pay too much for it out of a bidding war type scenario (although i know theres no hard feelings or anything, at least i hope).
maybe it should jsut be sold directly... but... maybe this is selfish but I really really need a new computer, and I hate to be greedy, but I think a raffle might help me out in the new computer department?
If I do a raffle, I was thinking, should I limit the amount of tickets one person could buy? I am thinking I would make it like $5 tickets, probably limit 5 or 10 tickets per person. I'd hate to see anyone go to far in on a raffle. Also, I think I want to do it so I mail each person a small something-or-other for each ticket they buy.
also, the production version is probably going to sell for ~$120 usd. a bit more than most of my past pedals, but i hope some poeple think its worth it
