Heard of WD, Terrapin, Quickguards - what is a good company with nice prices to go for sending a template to & getting a cut?

If you're handy, I say diy. You've got the template, and you can get a variety of uncut material from guitar fetish for cheap. As long as you take your time, it will turn out nice, and you can be proud of it.
