Re: DUST & RITUALS
I clean my pedals once a week or after each band practice. seeing grime on them makes me feel like a dirty mother fucker. also cause my daughter likes to tweak knobs. also if you ship pedals witbout cleaning them or at least a fucking courtesy whipe, you're a slimy bitch. bonus points if the velcro is covered with pet hair
i'm glad i can call you a friend. even if i'll never see you again

Can confirm. Just washed my pedalboard in the dishwasher. The pedals don't work anymore but hot damn they are sparkling

I always think I'm pretty good at housekeeping until I go to sell a pedal.
This is a very impressive collection of Roto Toms. That's 21 Roto Toms in all. That is only $33.00 a Roto Tom.

Re: DUST & RITUALS
I mean some shit is acceptable. I've literally had to break out the Clorox wipes and go to town on a few pedals I've gotten in trade. Almost always have to tear the velcro off because either A)it has damn cat hair in it and I'm allergic to cats or B)it's not the loop side (these guys make me sick!!! You backwards bastards!!!!!!)
General wear and tear is totally acceptable, but if a pedal looks like you drug it through the mud...that's not cool IMO. Just imagine yourself receiving it. Also I've gotten pedals and opened the box and it reeked like cigarettes. LOL! How do you even accomplish that? hahaha.

How do you get cat hair out of velcro? I always clean pedals before shipping but that shits impossible.

I go over them every now and then, mostly to make sure the pots don't crap out on me, and always before shipping if I've made a trade/sale.
Meh, boring answer is boring.

Re: DUST & RITUALS
My cleaning technique is to hold the vacuum cleaner over the pedlols and to move the dust and hair around with a soft paintbrush. Clean.
Good deals: OsbornKT, Phantasmagorovich, UglyCasanova, DarkAxel, Skip, D.o.S, ColdBrightSunlight, Eivind August, Goroth
