although i don't have any reels yet, i can record analog now! or just play sick tapes.

Looks small for a 2", tape for those is or use to something like $50 reel

Oh I slipped on the price for 2" it's like $250 a reel....

1/4" is the standard. You can still get tape for 1/4" rather cheap and that is what all the old reel to reel albums are, so this means you can now start collecting vintage reel to reel tapes which sound GREAT!

Woah - reels need a little love AND tend to make a better musician out of any enthusiastic mediocre player, since You just can't edit that much the content anymore when outside the PC/MAC territory.

Lucky bastard! i have an old reel-to-reel that i need to get rewired because it keeps shocking me. :< Want so very badly.

I recorded a couple of htings on it once, it has a great little tube amp inside of it.
