DUDE... Vhöl are SO good.

I really like these guys but wonder what the fuck is happening with them. Their fb page says something about "FINAL EUROPEAN DATES," then there's a mention in the thread about a new album. Can't figure it out. Anyway... good thrash, and like the unusually reverby production:

Pretty sure they're listed as playing at Hopscotch in Raleigh NC this September... :idk:

Power Trip are definitely among the elite of neo-thrash. Love that reverb-soaked production. 80's as fuck

Yeah I'm assuming that just means final European dates of the year or something.

These guys are locals, and probably second tier crossovery thrash at best, but when they get it right they have a pretty high fun factor. Not exactly put the album on with headphones territory, but definitely beer smashing fun.

Power Trip is awesome! Glad to see they are getting recognition. Have partied with them a few times (my bud/old roomamte is friends with them).

Listen to this with headphones and loud. It is a mindfuck. The vocalist sounds like he's behind you!

Great jam though.

DoS I would love to listen to your suggestion but I'm now on my third playthrough of the new Meshuggah and I can't see myself stopping in the foreseeable future. :idk:

I would listen to the new Meshuggah if it was streaming somewhere that wasn't spotify.
