Hey guys!

Those aren't real finish ideas or anything, just Tanya doodling for a couple minutes with a Sharpie.

I was wondering though, how do you feel about either of those box sizes? Would you hope the small one or the slightly bigger one? The 1790 is about 30% wider than the 1590, they're the same length and the 1790 is just a tad deeper, not even a centimetre though.

I like them both... I like the big box because the pcb layout has more room to breathe.. I like the smaller box because I love the challenge of using the smallest box possible...

Kev, you like the smaller one hey? And Blake, you like the bigger one hey? And Davey-boy, you'd have a munch on either of them hey?

If you can fit it into the smaller enclosure, it makes it more suited for boards since it allows for more space. However, the larger box is good if you need the space (and perhaps you might be able to throw in an extra feature with the space). Either way, seeing it moving along to completion is extremely exciting!

Very interesting, gents, thanks for the input!

The bigger box has a great feel... more heavy and substantial... more room for art and colour too which is awesome...

The only extra feature I might be able to squeeze into the bigger size box is the choice of buffered bypass or true bypass, there's no way to fit that in the smaller size box. Otherwise, I've worked on every feature I can, I'm out of tricks for the RRR! I just hope some of these tricks will work well in a box, sometimes what works on the breadboard works different on a pcb inside a box, and vice versa.

I will admit that I find bigger pedals sexier.

But I'd munch on either of those

B-man, I really want the bypass choice to be a dip or toggle switch on the pcb and there just isn't room on the small box pcb. I don't want it to be a switch on the main control panel though, I don't feel like it's that kind of a feature, more of a set and forget kinda thing best done inside the box and left alone.

You dudes like the bigger box, hey! I think that's pretty cool!

Yeah that's what I meant. I should've clarified.
Buffered bypass would have reverb trails correct?

Yeah Ryan, I think it's all about the bigger box.

A better PCB layout, moar graffix, and moar features? And then you can challenge yourself with a miniBIGberator! Sounds like win all around.

Yo man.. this looks Sexy!!!
I'd go with the bigger one and buffer options.
Only thing that I 'd like to ask is, since I don't know how you mounth the jacks, is there a way to put more space between the 2 inputs and the 2 outputs? incase one needs to use right angles GeorgeL's or Lava's ? I mean in the middle, between the left input and the right output. God sometimes I hate english!
