film makers???

anyone here on ilf a film maker or aspiring film maker...we are looking for someone to make a 45min to and hour abstract video for Canyons of Static to project at our shows. With my wife being pregnant I just don't think I will have time to make them anymore. if you want to see an example of past videos you can check out this live footage...

thanks...they are projected with a dvd player and projector. we used to use a big sheet to project on but lately we have been setting up three old projector screens behind us if we have room on stage.

I'm not a filmmaker, but I do know one who I dig a lot, who does really abstract, emotive stuff - I'm hoping to get him to do a couple of music vids for some of my projects. Not sure about his availability, though - he's got a lot of projects going on right now. Would this be paid in any way?

cash is king, we would be willing to pay a bit of cash to get this done but not a ton, we are more interested in finding film makers who want to widen their exposure and film makers we can build an artistic relationship with, but we are up for paying people for their time.

That totally makes sense, and I don't think that this guy would be above doing this for the exposure, but I also wouldn't be comfortable speaking for him. If you want, I can PM you a link to his portfolio site.
