Also, Shroom into Wolf Computer is fucking amazing. Match made in heaven. So having those two would make sense from a stacking standpoint as well.
re:TBD - I dunno, I've had this thing with most Devi pedals I've tried. It just feels like something is missing from the tone, that it lacks fullness or whatever. But that is me going all TGP and sniffing the corks of pedals meant to sound cruel and unusual.

Tom says that a Shroom + Velcrobot would be around $245 USD (probably a little more since I'd have him ship it to Canada), and that between the two, they could probably capture most sounds of the Wolf Computer. On the one hand, it's probably true, but on the other hand, something in my gut says to get that actual Wolf Computer.
But there is also something cool about the idea of being the first to own a Shroom/Velcrobot combo, and even he seems excited about the idea of making one. And also, all in all, it would probably be cheaper than buying a Shroom and a Wolf Computer from two different sellers.
I guess if I'm really stuck on that Wolf Computer, I could always ask him to do a Shroom/Wolf Computer combo instead (I'm not totally sure about the boutique pedal-builder code of honour, but it's kosher to use a circuit if the company that created it is no longer around, correct? Plus, I think Fuzzhugger has built their own version of the Wolf Computer in the past). Who knows, that might even be a little cheaper, as it would only need three footswitches, rather than four (then again, I don't know if price is proportionate to the number of footswitches; it could very well be the same price).
What do other people think?

Parts are a small fraction of the cost of any of this stuff.
Tom's pricing is VERY fair.

Oh yeah, I definitely think it's a fair price. Wasn't complaining about it.

I mean, it would be less expensive than even a Fuzz Factory, despite sounding like it'd be somewhat cooler.

If you do that combo, it should be called SHROOM-BOT.

A shroombot would be pretty darn sexy. Also, that would give Tom an excuse to make a sexy graphic of a shroombot. And I think that is in the best interest of everybody. Especially if there eventually will be shirts. We all love astrosquid, but 2016 is the year of the shroombot. Yeah, no, holy shit dude, get dat Shroombot. I command thee!
Wolf Computers pop up used occasionally, but they are "rare" enough that you'd be able to save up more cash before another one is available. If my memory serves me right, Tom has some reservations on doing Wolf Computers. I might be wrong about that, though.

Part of me is tempted to have a Doom Bloom with the Shroom's oscillation mode, if only so that the pedal could be called the "Doombot" (comic-book fans will get a sensible chuckle out of this). But I probably shouldn't make it so complicated for the sake of a cool name.
Seeing as there is an overwhelming enthusiasm for a combination of the Shroom and Velcrobot, I think that's what I'll get. There's all the time in the world to get other pedals if I feel like I really need them, assuming I don't get run over by a car or something. If this be my destiny...
I'll keep you folks posted. I've never recorded a pedal demo video before, but seeing as everybody will probably want to hear this, I'll try to do one if I get this.
