YES.

Although whenever I use delay plugins with both LP and HP filters, I wish my pedals had both too, not just a single toner. And a saturation knob.

I kind of feel ripped off when buying FV-1 pedals with ONLY 3 knobs. To me, the builder is just kind of phoning it in.
But then if you give me 2+ different modes and an additional blend or switches I feel waaaaay better about it!

I generally avoid "better mousetrap" pedals. Especially repackaged cookie-cutter takes.
YES ITS ANOTHER TUBESCREAMER! Great. But true bypass! Higher headroom! More punch!
I generally avoid gimmicks as well, so using buzzwords to hype a pedal is an effective way to flag it for ignore.
And the same rehashed multi-function chips with marginally different presets/patches don't interest me.
Be interesting, practical, exceptional. MFRs who choose 2, I'll choose you. Analog or digital.

Of course, OF COURSE my favorites seem to be found in the hardest-to-access places.
OC81 & 2n404 transistors, mn3005 & sad1024 chips, don't get me started on NOS tubes
Companies attempting to remanufacture such products, I'm grateful to have road options and contingency when my fav supply is no longer practical or available.
Builders attempting to produce solutions that don't already exist (mtl asm, sonic crayon) I'm also grateful to have new options & "what-ifs" realized...even if they, too tend to be hen's teeth.
