The main change I've made compared to the previously posted GBFX schematics is the addition of 10k resistor R3. Devi mentions it in the wiring graphic, and the circuit doesn't do much of anything with the ground lifted by the switch unless it is there.
Anyway, I'm working on one with a few switches.

Inconuucl: That's the thing, saying you don't poop your pants is saying "i've never gotten a surprise stomach issue, eaten bad food, gotten sick, been allergic, been whatever..." Except rfurt, touché, finding the semantic loophole in our clumsy little language.
I won't try a Fuzz Goddess pedal for the same reason i don't listen to ska anymore? Shit that was cool over a decade ago just doesn't have the same appeal these days, and Devi is a fucking shitbag.

If the Atomizer 4k had come out 4 years ago, it would have been the shit. Now, compared to the newer, more innovative builders, her pedals just seem boring and dated to me.
This course, a perpetual alternation of determining what is true, and then setting aside this determining, constitutes, strictly speaking, the steady everyday life and activity of perpetual consciousness, a consciousness which fancies itself to be moving in the realm of truth.

If anyone is building one of those Test Pattern schemes in this page and wants to hook me up let me know. I'll love you forever.

Maybe on the planet Zeist, home of the Highlanders?
Oh, I broke a solemn vow, to never utter anything about Highlander 2 ever again.

A free show with good friends and beer is fun regardless of music. If the music is bad then it's hilarious, if it's good it's spiritual.
Naw, but I was making good on a promise to make it to my friend's show, I didn't know he played Ska prior.
I am absolutely neutral on the genre really, it doesn't move me one way or another. Rx Bandit's Prog Ska is swell, however.

I think there's a genuine place in the world for trad ska (Prince Buster, Skatalites, etc.) and I think that Terry Hall and The Specials did really smart continuations of the traditional stuff but, even most two-tone is boneheaded rubbish and pretty much all the good stuff has been tainted by association with fascists and the whitest of white people. The American neo-ska (like Reel Big Fish or whatever), I see little value in. Although, I did like the Digimon Movie as a kid.

I mean, these days i prefer dub pretty heavily, Sly Dunbar and Robbie Shakespeare are terrific, Black Ash Dub is on the all time favorite albums list.
Buuuut back in the day i did like some American Ska. Granted, hearing "Impression That I Get" as an 11 year old on the radio was one of the first moments where music really clicked for me, and a few years later i went and saw Mighty Mighty Bosstones live it was the first show i went to without any family members before getting into punk and hardcore (and ska, bc there was a lot of it in the northeast).
Which is to say, i'd probably give more emotional attention to Ska these days than Devi Ever.
