It's in the works now, but won't be *that* minimal.frigid midget wrote:Edit: If Function (FX) ever starts taking custom orders, or in case there'll ever be mini-versions of the current pedals, my vote goes to my "everything cranked, Si2 clipping" setting, in one small pedal, with just the fitler toggle switch and a volume control.
Here's a pic from NAMM. Note that the art, color, hardware placement, etc, will all change. This was a really rough one-off prototype to prove that it sounds just like the big one (with less features). The switch is for clipping diode selection. Filter will be fixed at the minimum setting. Vol, Tone, Fuzz, and 8-Bit are all still there. That's a 1590G enclosure, but we'll probably have to go with something a little bit bigger to accommodate the relay bypass parts and have top-mounted jacks.

What the...
Thats actually even better than what I wished for
That'd be nearly as versatile as the current cf, or even a little less intimidating/overwhelming...but with a really small footprint
Forgive me the dumb question though...Whats the "minimal" filter setting, left or right?

The setting with the least amount of high cut (ie - brighter). I think that's the left (don't have one in front of me at the moment).frigid midget wrote:Forgive me the dumb question though...Whats the "minimal" filter setting, left or right?

This thread's motivated me to watch more videos. Fuck. I wanted to focus my pedal interests on things other than fuzz at the moment, but this damn thing has my full attention.

Haha, not ready to pull the trigger at the moment (wallet-wise, not question of wanting-wise). Somebody on here should buy that guy, though!
