It looks like this except the name tag taken off and the headphone jack looks borked. Apparently it's a 15w 8" bass amp. It turns on and signal's coming out of it, but I haven't had a chance to fully try it yet.
The amp I'm using my Dad found in the trash in the 70s. It's a Sound City Concord which turns out is now worth stupid money. Thing still has pretty much original everything except my Dad had to replace the speakers in the 70s. Tubes are from when the amp came out though.

My apt building usually has a bunch of art students living in it, I figure maybe there are some hobby musicians who end up trashing their stuff. Last year I found a double kick pedal and gave it to a drummer friend of mine in payment for a recording sesh.
Damn Strange Tales, those 40 year old tubes are still kicking?
I honestly have no idea how the tubes still work. My Dad didn't use the thing once after fixing it up so maybe them just sitting around preserved them?
That thing can take fuzz like a motherfucker though and it's absolutely balls loud as shit. Insane amount of treble though which sometimes I have trouble rolling off.
I'm reading up on it and apparently some jazz guys like to use it for guitar. It might be fun for when I want to noodle but don't want to warm up the tube amp.
