Did I already say "my boner"? I feel it needs to be said...

End of July.

It'll still be ugly.

Fair enough. I can take the good with the bad, if it comes with 8 voices. After all, you don't partner up with a witch based on her looks. The sorcery inside is what counts. Image Image

Don't know if I've asked this or not, but does this play friendly with active preamps? I'm curious as I have a Spectre right now that covers a ton of ground, but I don't use most of the options on it. As much as I love it, it only works with passive bass.

It should work fine. The Ibanez SR bass we have here in the studio has stupidly high output active pickups and we weren't able to get it to distort. I personally have a German Warwick Corvette Standard with active MEC's that has a more reasonable output and it sounds fantastic with the Nautila.

I have no need for it, but I do love the top mounted screws and the print job. Beautiful pedal. Are those concentric knobs on the bottom?

So like how does the 8 voice chorus compare to the 16 voice X Series Multi Chorus? I understand it is 8 less voices but will that harsh my mellow because the Multi Chorus sounds awesome with the voices at maxxx

They're easier to see here. You can also hold down the footswitch, in order to momentarily increase the modulation speed.

Or decrease it if the rate knob is in positive polarity, which is a fuckin dope feature imo

I'm really excited to try this. Flanger, phaser and chorus are my favs.
