An Awesome Predicament

Post by theavondon »

So, Devi Ever, in all her glory, gave me a free Shoe Gazer.

Image

Which, is fucking awesome. :yay:

But, now, I have no room on my pedalboard for both the Shoe Gazer and the Never Drive I also recently acquired. Image
(Never Drive shown sulking in shadows next to pedalboard)

So, what should I remove, ILF folks? I'm thinking the OC-3, but I'd like a second opinion. Or, I'd like someone to curse at me for even having this problem. The latter will probably be more common.

I haven't been here very long, but I think the obvious answer is:

Build a larger board! :animal:

I was actually thinking of doing this. Just a little bit of velcro. My friend made his NYC BMP into his pedalboard by putting a MXR carbon copy on top of it. Otherwise, bigger board is sounding better and better every day.

I recon if you moved the big blue pedal to the top left and the two there down you'd be able to fit them all on... or you could give me your memory toy to make yourself feel better about getting a free pedal

A bigger board is the way to go. That way you can change things around how ever and when every you need for what ever you need to do.

Considering I made this board out of an old TV tray and a few pieces of wood for $0, I think I may actually have to man up and buy a real pedalboard now. Or, find a bigger TV tray+MOAR VELCRO.

Your gonna need a bigger board...

Been there myself. I always try to scale down but there are just too many things I love to have when the urge hits.
