Sorry who makes the 'Aphazing' pedal.. Yes I am looking at the Moog but it's quite pricey, the Whetstone looks great, also pricey, the Mini Whetsone could work, but not sure how slow and deep it's phase is. I'm more after the Spacemen3/Hawkwind/Monster Magnet phase than the typical Led Zep 'no quarter' that ever guitar wanker uses a phaser for and uses to demonstrate a phaser's capability.
Do you have a specific song in mind that pinpoints what you're going for? Post a YouTube link or something.

Divine Hammer by snazzyfx was intended to be spacemen3 in a box.

Did the aphazing out yet? I haven't seen anything in a while.

I thought the Acid Fuzz was supposed to be SM3 in a box.

The Aphazing should be available any time now. The boards were in transit almost 2 weeks ago, according to an e-mail I got from Frank. Rock n' Roll Vintage started carrying the brand, so maybe they'll have them first. Also, EN launched a support forum this year for user settings and special requests. It's a ghost town so far, but I plan to visit once I get my own Aphazing.

For deep warm phasing the Moog and 4ms are hard to beat. I was between those and the Maxon PT350, and ended up with the 4ms based on breadth and depth of sweep and the degrees of phase (1080).

Whetstone goes really slow
The Whetstone is definitely one of the slowest phasers available. I must confess that I keep mine in vibrato mode 90% of the time, though, because it does spooky, spacey, trem-like chop that no other pedal can touch.

Go to about 4:19. That's 95% of the reason why I bought the Whetstone a few years ago.

Whetstone GAS reignited. Luckily, I'm making a decent amount of money from now on. Where are you vidret

And it turns out that the Spacemen 3 book has an exhaustive list of their gear, so I'll post that in a hot minute. :)

I hadn't realized they used a frequency shifter.

So, you think the phaser on that track is a Morley?

Possible -- Process of elimination, right -- but I know next to nothing about phasers (beyond Stranglehold) so I don't have much to offer beyond the list.

Morley phaser is awesome...but I don't think it sounds like that...similar to that track at the less extreme settings but it seems too slow (unless the something else.does that sound and the Morley does the faster warble...still doubtful...sounds more like a trem in parallel or something).

I am going for the Yamaha spx90 on that track.

I feel like this is a good time to point out that adapt is one of my all-time favorite ILF posters.
