Actually i think itd be cool to record a song through a shitty overloaded cam, im sure you can do this with studio equipment but thats of course assuming that you have the money for a studio.

After reading this, I went back to give her another chance. And I tried really hard to get through her latest video, but I simply couldn't. "But she has improved so much!", you might say. Or perhaps, "But now she has a sweet guitar!" Or maybe even, "How could you not like such a happy song?"

Alas, none of those reasons are why I could not manage to subject my ears to it. She still has the TONE OF DOOOM!!! If you're going to make youtube videos documenting your introduction to guitar, get a microphone that doesn't distort when you start WHISPERING.

End of rant.

But yay for people sticking with guitar and making lots of improvement!

I mean, you gotta start somewhere, but you sure as hell don't have to post low quality youtube videos of it. I really don't know which is worse--the playing or the sound quality.

Maybe in several years when she's really good at guitar, all of these videos will make a neat documentary tracking her progress...until then, though, I really have no idea what motivates people like this to post videos like that.
