I forgot a pedal. Help
I'm trying to remember a pedal that was posted here awhile ago.
I don't remember what it did but I remember it had mountains on it. Kind of cartoony. Vertical oriented and was shown at namm I think but not out. May have been an envelope or tremolo or something of that nature. I think the name may have been a pun.

Re: I forgot a pedal. Help
Why, none other than the Warm Star Electronics Shape Shift Mountain! It is a LPF with LFO or expression to control varioius parameters, no envelope. I owned their first one and it is a very big box, sounded quite excellent, but I felt it lacked a volume control to take it above unity gain. They did offer to mod it with a gain control or accept a return, very nice guy (Brent Bradford if memory serves). Because I was drooling over the Reflex by Source Audio at the time as a way to get LFO's in my Xerograph and everything else I took them up on the return offer.
But I have to say, it was beautiful art, and it sounded excellent, but for my use every modulation pedal needs a volume control. It's possible they have updated the circuit since then or that they will offer to mod it for you.

Just wanted to put this here

https://www.facebook.com/warmstarelectr ... 30598583:0
These folks are finally releasing the pedal, with a gain control, which was something I had asked for when I bought a prototype from them, and a Gnarl control, which I guess is probably a drive of some sort. Looks like some other changes include a separate dry out.
Just want to give them a shout out since the builder was so nice to me, selling me a pedal that wasn't supposed to be for sale, and then accepting a return on it due to the lack of output volume control, which didn't work for me. Well, it seems like that's all fixed now. Anyways, dude was so nice and accommodating that I feel like I owe him a little promo.

It's an amazing pedal! I tried it at 2014 NAMM. Loved it! Glad to see the improvements! Maybe have to flip something for it...

Thought this was gonna be like:
Hey guys, this is real embarrassing but I'm out on tour and I think I left my Count to Five at home. Yeah, I don't know what happened. Opened my bag and all my other pedals are there, but instead of the Ct5,there was a pack of balogna. I must have put my pedal back in the fridge by mistake! Anyone help a brother out?

This is a very impressive collection of Roto Toms. That's 21 Roto Toms in all. That is only $33.00 a Roto Tom.

Kinda thought this too, but like sorta the opposite where they had gotten back from tour and forgot a pedal at one of the bars they played.lost in music wrote:Thought this was gonna be like:

But, that filter looks cool, I wonder if it is based on an existing LPF circuit, and which one if so?

According to the product page it uses a SSM2044 chip which has been used in quite a few synths and beatboxes but most notably the E-mu SP-12 and Korg Polysix.psychic vampire. wrote:But, that filter looks cool, I wonder if it is based on an existing LPF circuit, and which one if so?
